Classes and Pricing
I run private classes (one-to-one and two-to-one) at my fully equipped studio in Whitwell. The studio is bright and airy and is kitted out with a balanced body studio reformer, stability chair (also known as the 'wunda chair'), arc barrel, magic circles, stability balls, flex bands, fitness circles, weighted balls, swiss balls, foam rollers etc.
Private classes ensure you have a workout tailored specifically to your needs and you will see faster results. With the use of varied equipment we will help you achieve your goals such as overcoming an injury, rehabilitation, improving your posture, achieving that perfect long and lean “Pilates body”, pre- and postnatal care to name but a few.
If you have attended group classes for a while and still don't "get it" or want to progress to the next level, come and try a private session - you will really see results! Not only will you gain a much better understanding of your body’s needs and how you move, but you will learn the secret to doing the exercises PROPERLY to enable you to see faster results!

*Private sessions include a FREE postural assessment - the first session will be an hour and fifteen minutes to allow time for the postural assessment.

Terms & Conditions
Private / duet sessions
We do our very best to be flexible and we understand that life can unexpectedly get in the way of your sessions, but would appreciate it if cancellations could be made as far ahead as possible, ideally within 48 hours. Cancellations within 24 hours of our session will (unfortunately) have to be paid for.
Please note a block of 5 classes must be used up within 6 months of payment.
Group classes need to be booked and paid for upfront as a block of 6 sessions. These 6 sessions must be used over no more than 8 weeks - ie. if you are unable to make one or two of the 6 sessions, you can carry them over to the next week. Any other unused sessions cannot be carried over unfortunately.
